Past Tense Alley, our light-filled, airy studio behind Elle restaurant is available to rent for your next event including parties, classes, book events, and more. This space can fit 20 people with yoga mats or up to 50 for a talk or party. There is one small interior bathroom for guests.
Details + pricing
- Rentals begin at $50/hour and include access to our sound system, WiFi, and projector.
- The studio must be left as clean as when you entered or rentals will incur a $75 cleaning fee (we will provide the cleaning supplies).
- All rental guests are required to secure Event Insurance or a Certificate of Additional Insured.
