Our On-Demand Library gives yogis the ultimate flexibility, allowing you to practice anytime and anywhere. The library includes classes of all lengths, levels, and styles including Flow, Beginner, Restorative, Kids Yoga, Senior Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. You'll also find Pilates and Foam Rolling and specialty classes like Yoga for Runners and Yoga for a Good Night Sleep.

Whether you choose one of the On-Demand Memberships or a Curated Bundle, the library lets you practice with your favorite teachers or try out some new ones on your own time.

Curated Bundles

Our bundles include three to six selected classes grouped by class, style or benefit and allow you to take them whenever you want from the comfort of your home. Each bundle is good for one year of unlimited access (take the class as many times as you'd like!). Please note, our on-demand library is available through our Namastream site and requires its own account.
